Info: A bad storm drove the M/V Selendang Ayu onto the rocks on the west side of Unalaska Island. The vessel broke in two releasing over 75% (337,000 gallons) of its total petroleum fuel products. Within two weeks the bow section had sunk. The stern section remained afloat with the balance of the fuel.
Products of concern: IFO-380 Fuel oil, marine diesel and small amount of lube oil
